Welcome to AI Trainer Academy

By creating an account or using AI Trainer Academy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We have written these terms in plain language so they are easy to understand.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
  • One person per account. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

The Service

AI Trainer Academy provides learning modules, an interactive grading lab, analytics, and a certification program. We offer a Free tier and a Premium tier. The Free tier includes limited access to content. The Premium tier unlocks all modules, the grading lab, certification, and analytics for a monthly subscription fee of $29.00 USD.

Subscriptions and Billing

  • Premium is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe, our payment processor.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from Profile & Billing → Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us.
  • We may change the subscription price with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the next renewal.

Certificates

  • Certificates are issued when you meet the certification requirements (completing all modules and the practical exam with a qualifying score).
  • Certificates include a public verification ID so employers and others can confirm their validity.
  • Certificates are for your personal credential. You may not transfer, sell, or falsely claim someone else's certificate.
  • We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained through cheating or fraud.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service to cheat, manipulate grading results, or obtain a certificate dishonestly.
  • Attempt to access another user's data or account.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
Violating these rules may result in account suspension or deletion without refund.

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you create, such as grading justifications or notes.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your content only to provide and improve the Service (e.g., storing your grading session data and showing your scores to you).
  • Scenario prompts and grading lab content are generated by us and provided for your learning — you may not redistribute them commercially.

Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, software, and design of AI Trainer Academy are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission. Your certificate is yours to share for personal and professional purposes.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by events beyond our control.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Earning a certificate does not guarantee employment or any specific outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Trainer Academy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $29.00 USD, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Profile & Billing. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AI Trainer Academy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
